Shipping policy

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped. We ship in reused boxes and use sustainable materials like palm petioles to protect the plants. 

All orders are shipped via PostNL once a week, usually on Fridays. All orders placed before Friday 8:00 will usually be shipped in the Friday shipment of that week. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.

Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location. The plants are packed in such a way that they remain healthy for at least 20 days.
