Hedychium coccineum 'aurantiacum'

A large and frost tolerant ginger. During warm summers it may grow up to two meters tall and produce many large inflorescences with bright orange flowers. The flowers have a very pleasant scent. 

These plants drop their leaves in winter. If you order a plant during winter, expect to get a plant without leaves. During summer the plants are cut to make them fit in the box for shipping.
