The Setaria palmifolia is a species of grass with a very tropical look that can grow up to 60cm high. The leaves resemble the leaves of palm seedlings. It is a nice plant for the undergrowth of an exotic garden in shade or semi shade. The above ground parts die off during winter.
These plants drop their leaves in winter. If you order a plant during winter, expect to get a plant without leaves.
