A large Sabal species of unknown origin. It has proved to survive at least light frost without damage. Like most Sabal it is slow growing. The inflorescence is short (about 60cm) and the fruits are clustered in pairs of 3. As the fruits never seem to have any seeds it is expected to be a hybrid of some kind. A unique palm for the true enthusiast.
