If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item you purchased in the original packaging to us. Please note, this must be returned to us within seven days of the delivery note date. We recommend that you also let us know in time by e-mail or by telephone that you have returned purchased goods. Also indicate why you do not want the item.

We will then act in accordance with our terms of delivery. If the item arrives damaged to you (also note the packaging), we ask you to let us know as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail.
