All packages are shipped on friday by PostNL. All orders received before thursday evening are shipped on friday that week. After the package is handed over to PostNL you will receive your tracking code by mail.

All plants bought directly in our nursery have to be paid directly. It is possible to order the plants up front by ordering in our webshop. If you want to see the plants first it is possible to visit our nursery. In that case it is possible to pay cash or by pin.

All our plants are subjected to 9% tax and on other items 21% tax. All prices on the webshop are including tax.

All sizes and weights of the products can deviate by a maximum of 25% because plants are constantly growing and are heavier when they have just been watered. When total height is mentioned it is always including the pot of the plant to the highest tip of the leaf unless it is described differently.
